What is Sales Bot?

Sales Bot (formerly Depop Chrome Tools) is a simple yet powerful Chrome Extension for your web browser enabling sellers make more money online from selling their goods. Think of the Sales Bot platform as your Smart Depop Assistant!

How to install Sales Bot?

Sales Bot is currently only available on your computer. Open your Chrome browser and visit the webstore here. Hit the "Add to Chrome" button and you are all set! For easier use, you can pin Sales Bot to your Chrome toolbar. Next head over to Depop to get started using Sales Bot.

How to use Sales Bot?

Visit depop.com and navigate to one of the following pages: your Depop profile, another user's profile or a product page, then Sales Bot for Depop will appear in the top-right corner of the screen. Click the Sales Bot icon on your Chrome toolbar to toggle show/hide the toolset. The UI is very simple and straightforward. More information available on how to use all features of Sales Bot here!

Are you affiliated to Depop?

No. Sales Bot is not associated with Depop Limited. We are a third-party product for the Depop platform.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans start with a 7-day free trial.

Its suddenly stopped working!

Firstly, don't panic, we're here to help! Make sure to check that you are using the latest version of Sales Bot by comparing your version number (top left) to the one listed here.

I cannot login ('Failed to fetch') error
This is likely because your version of Chrome is out of date. Please upgrade & try again.

I cannot login ('Unknown error') error
This is an issue with Depop and is not related to Sales Bot. Please wait an hour and try to login again. If this issue persists, please contact Depop customer support.

I see lots of null or undefined values
If this is the case please visit your Depop profile and click 'Sign Out' then login again.

I see an infinite loading screen
If this is the case then open your Chrome Developer Tools -> Application Tab -> Press 'Clear site data'. Then refresh and login again.

Is using Sales Bot secure?

Yes! Sales Bot uses token authentication and therefore we will NEVER ask for your password! Please read our privacy policy to learn more about how we keep your data safe.

Is it secure to enter my card information?

Yes. We use Stripe for online payments. It's the most secure payment platform out there and trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never send or store your credit/debit card information on Sales Bot servers.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel or modify your Sales Bot plan, just open the Sales Bot extension and then click "Billing management", learn more here. If you do decide to cancel, you will continue to have access to Sales Bot until the end of your billing cycle.

Can you charge me in my local currency?

No, at the moment we only accept payment in Pounds Sterling (£GBP). We accept all major credit/debit cards.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a refund for your current month if you request it within 24 hours of the transaction. We reserve the right to decline that request should you use our software within this time.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, we’ll give you a 20% discount. We also offer an additional 20% discount for charity shops and other non-profits.
